We had the pleasure of working with Jess after we parted ways with our original wedding planner, and from the moment Jess took over, all of our worries completely disappeared. Unfortunately, our old planner created a lot of turmoil for us, but Jess stepped in and made sure we were set up for success. Throughout the planning process, Jess handled numerous curveballs with grace, patience, and utmost professionalism. She went above and beyond, ensuring no detail was overlooked. One standout moment was when she did a tasting for us since we couldn't be there in person. Her constructive feedback on the food was invaluable.
We often remarked that without Jess and the DE team, we would have been lost. She was our advocate, navigating challenges with integrity and a level of commitment that gave us peace of mind. To add complexity, we had two ceremonies over the weekend to celebrate our marriage in a way that honoured both of our cultures. This was DE’s first Indian wedding, and it was executed flawlessly. I genuinely feel sad that our wedding is over and that our regular communication with Jess will come to an end. The relationship we developed with her is what I hope every couple finds with their planner. Thank you both for understanding our vision from the beginning of our journey. You respected our budget and gave us some great advice. Our day went perfectly, and we really do owe it to you both. For me, my most difficult decision was the flowers, and Jess went above and beyond to help me get exactly what I wanted. You were always there throughout the planning process and if we ever had any questions, you were always there at the end of the phone.
On the day, we very much appreciated your thoughtful touches – to making sure we were both at ease to delivering champagne to the bridal suite. Our day went exactly how we wanted it to, we wanted a fun and relaxed vibe for our day and you both made sure this happened for us. Not forgetting to mention the cocktails - the best decision we made was to introduce your cocktail bar services into our big day – the drinks we received were truly the standard of a good London bar. All our guests couldn’t stop raving about them! Not only were the drinks delicious but were made so quickly that he never left our guests waiting too long. I can’t express how much we loved having Mihai as part of our day, he had such a lovely energy and contributed to some of the best memories of our day.
