JESS & MIHAI’S STORY
Their story began at Soho House and combined they bring a wealth of experience in luxury hospitality — from venue openings and large-scale event production to delivering high-end experiences across London and beyond. They have since relocated to France, where they now focus exclusively on weddings throughout France, bringing their knowledge, network, and operational expertise to destination celebrations across the region.
Mihai’s career in hospitality and events is a testament to his expertise. Beginning with a pivotal role at Soho House, he went on to manage iconic events such as Soho House Festival, spearhead the launch of a Middle Eastern restaurant in central London, and lead operations at The House of KOKO — all spaces synonymous with cutting-edge experiences and high-volume, high-end events. He now applies this same level of operational excellence to luxury weddings across France, overseeing both Dorulete Events and his bar company, BIBERE.
Jess, with a strong background in hospitality and guest relations, has a natural instinct for how weddings feel in France — from the rhythm of a multi-day celebration to the nuances of working within chateau environments. Her experience across planning and operations allows her to shape weddings that are not only beautifully designed, but also thoughtfully structured and logistically sound. She focuses on creating weddings that feel seamless, immersive, and thoughtfully executed from beginning to end.
Having spent their entire careers within the luxury hospitality sector, Jess & Mihai are deeply passionate about hosting, service standards, and the guest experience, ensuring every event is delivered with precision, care, and an unwavering attention to detail.
